空调坏了，怎么办？

请教行家们：04房子R22空调压缩机坏了，是单换R22压缩机（compressor)好，还是把整个condenser unit换掉好, 换成R410A好？单换R22压缩机要$ 2000。 如果换整个condenser unit, 是否也需要把屋里配套的air handler, evaporation coil等都得换掉？谢谢！
