空调的压缩机问题还是线路问题

空调不工作，主要是跳闸，一按就跳。第一个师傅来看了一下，说是压缩机坏了，第二个师傅来看了一下，说是压缩机好的，线路坏了，因为按闸时，那风扇会动。这是压缩机坏了还是线路坏了?
