【E诗配画】Dance with you

In 2022, at that special night of July thirty-one,
I danced with you   again for the first time 
After such a long time.
You held one hand of mine,  I put the other one  on your shoulder,
When the music began
We swayed in the room in delight.
I caught you lookin at me when  I looked at you,
My heart beated  like a drum
As the first time we fell in love.

Back to the time when we were young ,
We used to dance  on the nights of the weekends. 
I stepped on your feet  so many times,
You just returnd with  smiles.
I gotta  a feeling that you have a heart as big as the ocean.
In the music of quick Waltz,
You twirled me all around the floor,
I never worried about fall 
 Cause I knew I was in good hands.

Shall we dance again?
Yes, for sure,
Till the end of our lives.
