It could be the time spent on different stages of a development cycle for computer applications. "Prod" is usually for "production", a stage that the applications are for end users to use.? A "Prod" server is used for them.  "Cert' could be "Certification" or "Certified", it may be a stage of the development cycle where certain tests have past.  The works are done on a dedicated server called “Cert".  If the two above are right the "IPT" may stands for a particular preliminary development stage. The development is done on a development server called "IPT".
