Prof. Stephen Cohen is a rarity in American foreign policy circle. Profound expertise, personal integrity, and moral courage are among his qualities as both intellectual and academic. He consistently speaks out against the War Party and its propaganda machine in US since the Ukraine Crisis started. Few can challenge him on in-depth analysis of the nature of this crisis and its fallout. His understanding of Putin and Russia is the closest to the truth in my opinion.
