The forum has clear guidelines to show what kind of post should be removed.  Post like this has not a single English word in it and was nowhere near anything related to English/American, yet it was put on as a sticky, how is this so?

I have long been seeking for the criteria how this forum handle seemingly controversial (apparently to certain 版主) topics/posts.  How such post could be wrapped up?  Yet I have not been able to get a clear and straight anwer privately and publicly.   However clearly, the moderator is exercising such previlige subjecting to his/her personal pleasure or prejudice.  Therefore, I am here demanding that this forum make it clear to the public the guidelines on wrapping post.   Otherwise, please discontinue such cowardly practice.  If such posts deseve to be deleted, then they should be according to the forum guideline.

I will start to testing the bottom line in every possible way from now on if I can not get a clear straightforward answer regarding the post wrapping practice.
