联合国一个机构说，世界食品价格12月升到历史新高，原因是糖、粮食和油料作物的生产成本提高，以及恶劣天气对一些作物收成的影响。
Difficult.
UN says, the price of food is reach the highest record December this year.  It is because of the higher cost of sugar, grain and oil products, and  the bad weather decrease the harvest of some crops.
