LOL，昨天看到一个房子上市，30万，要现款或proved loan ability。房子有点老，3000SQF, 35年了，没有地下室，但sunroom够大，放个乒乓桌，外带领导的花盆，足够空间了。回家给她一说，别的都不用讲，就提一样：后院有Asian Pear树，结果了。。。领导大吃一惊：真的吗？那你答应我把我们自家后院的枣子树（才一年呢。去年种的，冬天冻死了，今年发新枝长出来的）挖出来搬过去，我就同意搬家。。。

买车也是，之要玫瑰红色，那个牌子无所谓。自己都笑话自己：上礼拜去Walmart，出来看见一辆红色的Odyssey，就当自己的车，怎么也打不开。。。她自己的是CR-V。

好好好，这下目标明确了，只能买老房子，带果树的。。。每次她吵着要退休，就可以找出来哄哄她。。。。
