还有一个问题，前天那个约好了面试又改期的昨天谈了一次，谈完说我技术可以但是没管理经验，薪水砍去20万，要求我第二轮面试

我听了很郁闷，不懂国内什么意思，既然觉得我没有管理经验就直接拒绝了我，为啥要去掉20万薪水呢？这个啥意思？
