本来软乎乎的馒头用微波炉热了以后为什么会硬如磐石？是不是活活给热干了？

流程是这样的：冰箱里取出一个带密封盖的玻璃盒，直接放入微波炉，大概热了……忘了几分钟了，反正是好几分钟……然后那个馒头就硬得砸在玻璃盒上会发出“duang”的清脆声响，砸在地板上会出现浅浅的白印，牙齿绝对咬不动，刀也切不动。

这是肿么回事？
