最起码一天一次要全身洗澡

不管在那里，什么样的头形，一天最起码一次，甚至两次要全身洗澡，包括脑袋，要刮胡子，这是最起码的，
有特殊情况，比如有重要会议，会见重要人物，到他人家作客，之前一定要洗澡，打理头发，甚至到理发店理发，衣服，鞋子什么的也要适当清理，甚至从新专门买新的
这一是自己体面，干净，尊严，同时，也是对他人的礼貌，客气和尊重。
其实，男人的头形，衣服，鞋子，袜子，领带，非常的简便，适当注意，并打理一下，一般地说，应该够了，但要注意这些打理的一致性，和谐性，自然，大方，阳光则好，最好，要太太看看，一般地说，太太认为可以了，也就可以了，通常情况下，太太不会错的。
对于有口臭，头发自然乱，有掉头皮的人，这些在美国随便的一个商店，都可以买的治理的办法，临时治理的办法，花不了多少钱，费不了多少事的，但一定要做。
否则，你会因为这些事情，失去就业机会，提升机会，经商机会，甚至先生跑了，太太丢了，连自己的孩子，都不喜欢你，不愿靠近你。
