里面有很多文章，介绍酒喝food的搭配，最新上市的酒的评分和价格。。。公共图书馆也有专门的一个书架，关于wine的基本知识的介绍。。。

喜欢红酒但不喜欢涩味的，可以先从pinot noir开始试。这个据说是单宁含量很低的红酒。红酒里的涩味主要是丹宁引起的，丹宁高的酒合适age。但有人对丹宁敏感，所以，很多年轻人开始喝红酒，会选择pinot noir。我读过介绍，说这个葡萄品种因雨水的多少对产量影响很大，酿造出来的jiu质量差别也大。。。
