请问这笔钱我该付么？

前两个月在LLbean网站给老妈买东西，付完钱后有窗口跳出来，是一护肤品的网站，我想着给老妈顺便再买点搽脸的吧，就下了单。但上个月付账单时，发现这个护肤品网站又重复charge了3百刀，我打电话给这个网站，要求关闭这个charge,并同他们商量说如果可以的话，我可以寄还我买的护肤品因为包装我都没拆。接电话的很粗鲁的否定了并挂了电话。我随即打电话给花期银行信用卡部，当时花旗信用卡说我不用付这笔钱，因为我没授权这个护肤品公司再次charge. 还给我换了新卡我以为一切都解决了。

谁知，这笔charge又appear在我这个月的payment 上了， 我打电话给花旗的安全部门，他们一口咬定说，我给了信用卡号码给他们，就是授权给他们charge money again.听这匪夷所思，我问银行，那你们安全部门管啥用的。我打电话给护肤品公司要求cancel order了，我的卡也换新的了，你们银行答应disputed 这笔费用了，然而，你们又毁约在同一天又charge me again.

我需要付这笔费用么？或者有好建议来解决这件事?
