真心求教怎么找第二职业？

老乡同事朋友今年40了，身体不错工作稳定但是钱少，想找个第二职业赚钱养家见，两个孩子花销挺大的，太太身体不好没工作。他和我们商量想做直销推销化妆品保健品，我劝他不要。他希望我们给他出个主意能赚点钱。我建议他去帮割草，我家草也包给他。但他觉得时间上不方便，他每天下班到家就六点了，还要给孩子复习参加活动啥的。请问有啥工作能合适他呢？他是做生物研究的
