just bought a condo, seller bought home warranty cost 405 dollar

I love it! the first week we moved in, found no watercoming into the washer, called the insurance, they replaced the valve, a couple of days ago, the central air conditioning was down, no air coming out, called, they sent people over and fixed it. Each time we pay $75 dollars.

It will expire next year, I am going to renew it.
