为何中国大陆烘干机不普及

１５年没回中国大陆。最近到苏州出差。苏州１５年发展很大，到处高楼大厦。但发现烘干机不普及。即使高档区居民楼外面，挂满了衣服被子，看上去象贫民窟。 旅馆里没有 投币洗衣烘干机。外面也没有COIN  LAUNDRY。 请问为何中国烘干机不普及？ 大家在中国旅行，洗衣服是如何解决的？
