什么是外国人？

你看我此文， 你不是外国人。

国籍，外籍， 不能就说是 外人。

National 是 什么什么人，Chinese National = 中国人 （此处 national 作名词，不作形容词 “国家的”）

不论你出生在哪里(即使在国外)，你的父母是什么人，你就是什么人。

你的父母（至少两口中有一人）是中国人（汉族或别的55个族的任一），你就是中国人。

Chinese nationality law states that a person is a Chinese national through jus sanguinis (Right of Blood)

中国国籍法 主要依据 血系 血缘 血统 定你是否 中国人。

National， Nationality， Citizenship 是不同的三个法律概念，尽管不少人混以为一。

出生 成长 在中国， 那是祖国， 无论走到哪里， 那是我的故乡，是我的家。

何况， 那里有我的祖产和新房，在我的名下。

更何况， 那里是我流汗流血 保卫建设服务生活的地方。

我从来没有认为自己是外国人， 我本来一直永远是  中国人！

我说过： 这腔热血是中国的， 这堆硬骨也是中国的！

An individual is a national of a particular country by birth. 
 

1. Nationality can be applied to the country where an individual has been born. Citizenship is a legal status, which means that an individual has been registered with the government in some country.

2. Nationality is got through inheritance from his parents or it be called a natural phenomenon. On the other hand an individual becomes a citizen of a country only when he is accepted into that country’s political framework through legal terms.

3. No one will be able to change his nationality but one can have different citizenship.

根據《中華人民共和國出入境管理法》規定，外國人在中國境內旅館住宿的，旅館應當按照旅館業治安管理的有關規定，為其辦理住宿登記，並向所在地公安機關報送外國人住宿登記的信息。外國人在旅館以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，在城鎮的，應當在入住後24小時內由本人或者留宿人向居住地的公安機關辦理登記；在農村的，須於72小時內向當地派出所或者戶籍辦公室申報。

 

而對於不按規定辦理臨時住宿登記手續的，公安機關將給予警告，並可處人民幣2000元(合301美元)以下的罰款。
