　　3月18日，黄河内蒙古河段冰凌区出现险情，应内蒙古自治区黄河防凌前线指挥部的请求，中国人民解放军空军某部出动3架轰炸机三架战机飞赴险情处执行防凌任务，机上投下的数枚航空炸弹全部准确命中目标。目前，黄河内蒙古河段冰凌区险情处的积冰已经被摧毁，河道基本畅通，险情得到有效缓解。据悉，黄河凌汛多发生在春季，以内蒙古河段最为严重。黄河上游一般先于下游开河，冰水齐下后会造成明显的洪峰。到达内蒙古河段时，冰凌又会与尚未解冻的冰层壅塞结成冰坝，导致水位迅速抬升，严重时会造成漫堤决口等灾害。
