China should make it harder for americans to do business in china because americans are already planning on raising tariffs on china. America supports taiwan against china's wishes. China should not prosecute everyone equally German France Italy and Britain should not be prosecuted to the extent americans are. At the end of the day europe is far away from china and wouldn't be as much a threat. Also europe has technologies that china can trade with. So try to boost european investment into china while lowering american investment in china, which americans are already doing. Basically open up china's market to european technology while closing china's market to americans.
