Roy Orbison（1936年4月23日-1988年12月6日）是一位美國歌手，作曲家和音樂家，眾所周知的，他獨特的，強大的語音，陰暗情緒民謠。奧比森在德州長大，開始共組了 ROCKABILLY/民謠樂隊，直到他高中在孟菲斯簽署了Sun Records。他最大的成功在20世紀 60年代初期到中期跟隨Monument Records時22首他的歌放置在Billboard Top Forty，包括"Only the Lonely", "Crying", "In Dreams", and "Oh, Pretty Woman“。
