The Art of Jive

I have been watching this video for a while but still do not know who this Shirly is. I searched the internet but did not get a lot info about her. In the video, Riccardo and Slavik, the world champions were assisting her, that means the Shirly definitely is one of those who are very highly respected in the industry.

Her Jive is amazing! Best out of the best. Particular, beyond the techniques she presented, I like her opinions on the balance of presenting and techniques. This has nothing with the Blackpool, it is about all the performing arts, especially for the amatures, presenting is the so much more important than anything else. As one of the most respected members of our club says all the time, "lift your head, straighten your neck, and present your posture when you step onto the floor."

I also like the Shirly's personalities and the way she speaks.
