lThere is some potential dilution to the stock. Last spring and summer, T Squared Investments, a venture capital outfit bought 1 1/4 million preferred shares and obtained warrants for about 4 million regular shares at above market prices. They currently have about 18 million shares outstanding. The potential dilution doesn't justify the low stock price unless they go back to the well for more money. The problem is they are a micro cap with an unusual business. If they can ever get listed on an exchange, it would be a big boost to the stock price, as it would give them more credability. I would think one more year of increased earnings would HAVE to give the stock price a boost. I've got 6000 shares on a speculative play. Could be a Peter Lynch 10 bagger in a few years.
