SUMMARY:今天(09月22日, 星期一)的固定利率价格和上周五相比有所变好。

40万左右的购房贷款:

30年固定的利率回落至4.000%

15年固定的利率保持在3.125%

5/1 ARM的利率保持在2.750%


40万左右的无费用重新贷款:

30年固定的利率降至4.125%

15年固定的利率降至3.250%
