SUMMARY:今天(07月21日, 星期一)的固定利率价格和上周五相比稍微变好。

40万左右的购房贷款:

30年固定的利率稳定在4.000%

15年固定的利率稳定在3.000%

5/1 ARM的利率稳定在2.625%


40万左右的无费用重新贷款:

30年固定的利率下降至4.125%

15年固定的利率最好可做到3.125%
