怎么贷款比较好？ 将要买的投资房，70多万

得花30万装修后才能出租。可以贷款买，投入钱装修好以后再重贷，也可以现金买下，装修好以后再cash out. 知道cash out 利率会比较高。现在想不明白到底应该现金买还是贷款买。
