Origination points，pre-paid interest和property tax，PMI等可以抵税，escrow fee，title fee，attorney fee等这种settlement charge是不可以抵税的。具体操作就是报税的时候把相应的数字填进表格，CPA或者Turbo Tax这种软件会自动帮你你算出来的。
