地主婆贷款问题

因为厌恶每天都要早早起来上班，所以去年辞了工作。目前 收入全部来自于全款买的condo收入，不多。

请问如果到银行去申请贷款， 能申请得到吗？自住房 也交 清 了, mortgage free at this moment. 

My problem is that I have no W2. My whole income depends on the rental income from the two condos. After a few phone calls, sounds like I am onlly qualify for home equity loan. I am mortgage free and also have investment in stock and retirement account. However, the bank wont take consideration of these assets, but only regular income and cash flows from the rental. I prefer to borrow from the bank due to the lower interest rate. 

For those who have experience in borrowing a loan, please analyze my situation and tell me that I can get approved for a loan or not. Thanks.
