问个贷款问题

我在做refinance， 有7个月的保险和11个月的property tax 被要求在closing 时先付 (>$3000)。

但据我所知， 以后每个月的escrow 还在付保险和property tax， 那么我closing时付的保险和property tax去哪儿了？
