(1) What is the basis of your claim that Germans themselves were responsible for the rise of Nazis?

I actually agree with it but I'd love to hear how you drew your conclusion

(2) On what basis do you compare the current stage of development in China vs that of Germany before WWII for you to conclude China is moving in the path as that of Germany pre WWII?
