Both Syria and Turkey both agree that the F-4 crashed in Syrian Waters. Turkey claimed the F-4 was crossing back into International space after brief incursion into Syrian airspace and that means the aircraft should be flying away from Syrian Airspace at the time of it being shot down. In accordance with Convervation of Momentum, F-4 should have crashed in International Waters. Lo and Behold, it didn't. The Turkish claim has such a wide credibility gap that any high school student would be able to drive a truck through.
