However NK has only two real deterences against SK/US, its nuk and the artileries at the border. Once war starts he has no chip in talks at all. He has only two options, surrender or cause as much damage to SK as possible then go to gurilla warfare.
If Kim II is any leader at all, and from standpoint of US war planners they must assume, he has some type of contegency.
