　08盛夏，烈日高悬，风吹柳动，中泰陆军反恐联合训练出国前汇报演示现场，正在进行800米狙击步枪射击。“左1.2个密位、1.3个密位，预备--，压！”一名教练员目光犀利，神情泰然，清晰准确地给射手下达风速风向、气温气压的射击修正偏量。

　　枪响靶落，4名射手发发命中的优异成绩，赢得现场总部、军区各级领导的啧啧称赞。当听说这名教练兼观察员的成长经历时，挑剔的将军罕见地竖起了大拇指。

　　这位被官兵们誉为“岭南狙王”的教练员就是驻穗某部干部股长龚利威。他不仅本职岗位工作出色，还曾7 次担纲军区、集团军狙击步枪集训的总教头，先后被军区、集团军评为“特级狙击手”、“优秀狙击教练员”。08年底，“全军优秀参谋”的荣誉让这名政治干部再次饮誉岭南。（曾海祥 杨凯 彭琳）
