美莱村屠杀（越南语：Th?m sát M? Lai/惨杀美莱）是越战期间，美军第23步兵师第11旅第20团第1营C连的士兵，由于怀疑村民掩护越共逃亡，于1968年3月16日在越南广义省的美莱村进行的屠杀。男女老幼都被枪杀，亦有女性被轮奸和尸体被肢解。隔天美国陆军部的官方报纸《星条旗报》头条新闻登出：“美军包围赤色份子，杀死128人。”[1] 

屠杀事件被掩盖了一年多，直到先后几个美国士兵写信反映自己所在部队的暴行，并提到这个惨绝人寰的大屠杀。这件惨案被认为是越战的分水岭，推动美国国内的反战情绪，美国政府也从真相披露的这一年（1969年）开始减少派遣至越南的军队数量。至于遇难者人数，不同的资料来源对于美莱村越南平民的实际死亡数目也各不相同。美国军方的官方报告指称168人死亡，其中20%是越南平民；越南的官方报告则称住在村里的900名平民中，有568名被杀害。而《纽约时报》的一条消息指出，双方政府私下同意，死亡数目在400人到500人之间。
