Pacific Constitution in his second term as the prime minister of Japan. He wants Japan to be a normal country as the USA. It appears that Mr. Abe can do so, because he has won majority in the Japanese congress.
However, such move by Abe is very dangerous to the people in Asia and elsewhere. If the history is still recalled by these people that the Japan imperial armies killed over 45 millions of civilians during the World War II including Koreans, Chinese, Vietnamese, Philippines, etc., the people in Asia and other place in the world should not allow the Japanese Prime Minister Abe to revise the post-WWII Pacific Constitution established and helped by US General Douglas MacArthur. This law does not permit Japan to have the right to initiate a war against other nations forever.
What if Abe will have revised the law, then Japan imperial army will have invaded its neighbors and kills tens millions of Asian civilians again as it did in 1940s and will have attacked the Pearl Harbor without any warning as it did in the WWII. Think about it, Folks!
