Man, it is tiresome. Perhaps it is too aggressive to write something like this as a popular science subject. I am not sure if I have done a good job. I am not sure if the math help either. To condense all these materials into something a couple of posting, I am not sure if it is worth the time. I was planning to cover the trajectory and heat, trajectory and reentry corridor, vehicle design, and non-ballistic trajectory. However, writing like this is like to write a book, I am not sure if I really want to spend time like this. Anyway, for whatever it worth. Again, these are not my original work. It is a compilation of my old text book and Space Mission Architecture manual from FAA, NASA books and technical papers. Let me know if anyone is interested in reading it. If not, I guess I just quit. It has already taken too much time. Also, due to the pictures and math equations, I have typesetted it and convert it to pnp.
