亩产万斤--- 当年到底是谁不信这种现象？

中央的指标是农业生产要翻一翻。钢产量1000万吨。

达到亩产万斤，等于是农业上要翻接近20倍。

人民日报当年是吹牛单位。那么，到底是谁不信“亩产万斤”？  非得要“请”钱学森出来给证明?

是刘少奇吗？ 如果，他不相信。他怎么从来没有去派人调查过呢？

那么，就是毛泽东不相信了。 可是，有自己不相信，又自己去找证据让自己相信这种行为吗？

我觉得这事不太合符常理。

为什么毛不相信刘的结论， 而需要证明呢？  刘为什么自己先相信是真的，后来又说是“人祸”？

到底是谁指挥出来的“人祸”？
