离LA马还有一个月时间。海西准备好了吗？

经过一个月的调适。

终于回到路跑的节奏上。

连着一个星期都跑在345的配速上。

现在比较纠结要不要报LA马了。

如果接下来2个LSD都跑得轻松的话。

就试一下。

按400来跑。

争取过关。
