我半月板那儿有点痛。静止不痛,走也不痛,跑有点痛,但能坚持,下楼梯痛,按压有固定痛点。

原因可能?姿势不对,预热不够?能继续跑么?

Range of Motion
Stable Platform
Resilience
Maximizing Passive Propulsion via elstic return vs. active muscle contraction/pushing
 
Heel touching is not heal striking!!! First point of foot contact doesn't matter- what matters is where foot is relative to body CG when weighted
Heel vs forefoot vs midfoot does.t matter. What matters is that you do not brake your momentum by landing with foot well in of CG
 
If the foundation isn't stable then energy is lost on each landing and take-off
