我不知道你说的一次见效是什么意思

我的经验是用了就有效。隔几天用一次，半年后彻底不需要了。（一支比较大的那种还没有用完）

我当时是三度痔疮。

如果你说这还是无效，那我只能呵呵了。

我不相信有只用一天就不需要再用的痔疮膏。
