求助-侄儿肺癌靶向药失效

吃了第一代靶向药，有效，但十一个月开始失效了。医生让化疗（或者是放射疗，具体什么不清），但效果不好。

现做了进一步的基因检测，我也看不懂，请教现在基因突变到那一步了，有无药能治？谢谢！
