Share one with you, i've seen the original in Moscow:

"Ivan the Terrible Killing His Son" (1885), by Ilya Repin.  The expression of the painting was so powerful and gripping.

Ivan the terrible was the 1st tsar of Russia, beat the Mongols and gained vast land for Russia. In his later yrs, he killed his son in a rage.
