请教一个离婚律师的问题。目前谈了三个。第一个retainer $5000, hourly rate $350;

第二个 retainer$3500, hourly rate 350,  这两个是别人refer的。第三个是我自己去court旁听，很喜欢她，找到的。但是贵，retainer $7500, hourly rate $450, 还有一大堆什么associate, paralegal帮做事都要另收钱；没什么经验的associate也要收325/hr,  paralegals $195/hr, law clerks也要$175/hr. 我的一个律师朋友说这太过了。但是我觉得她思路清晰，思维敏捷，挺喜欢她，但我不懂律师，我该怎么办，请谁？
