这儿有会计师吗？有个问题请教

实在受不了amt,和婚姻惩罚税, 每年要多交很多的税。在网上google一下，双职工，年薪相当，有小孩，有房，交州税，是最容易被amt hit的。唯一的办法是离婚。粗粗算一下，这税的差别还真不是一点点。请问，这样的case有吗？ 如果夫妻达成共识，真的离婚，但是住在一起，法律上允许吗？
