I used AIG VALIC, one of the three companies my employer recommended. TIAA-CREF is another one. I'm not very happy about them. I chose Guided Profolio services, which means they do everything for me. The mutual fund is loosing money. I recently quit my job and want to move all my money to IRA. They charge 5% surrender value.

You'havenot bought anything yet. Once you fill out the form and sign. They will deduct the money pretax and buy the fund or bond.
