Help: Divorce Case

Divorce Case. Petitioner and Respondent have a notarized agreement.
In the agreement, both parties agree to waive spousal support. The case is a default case with the agreement.

Now the judgment is granted. What if respondent changes mind? Can respondent challenge the judgment? Can respondent request spousal support again? Is there a time frame to file modification? The case is filed in CA.
