So, except 1040NR form, I still need to fill the form 8843 and 8833, is that right?

What other forms I should fill? At first, I think my situation should be very simple as I have no stock, house.....

But I have around 17 dollar interest, I should report this in my tax return? How about my 401(K)? My company already bought this for me. Where I should put this number in my 1040NR form?
