I hope that you are still having a copy of the M.O. You must immediately go to the bank where you bought the M.O. to find out if it has been cashed.
If it has, obtain a copy, more important, the back side of the cashed M.O. to see whether the money went to the company or the employee’s account. Contact the rental company after you obtained the proof of payment. If not, you may be in trouble.
