CA divorce F120 question

请老猫/版主及有识之士赐教：

Below passage is from https://www.courts.ca.gov/1233.htm, reads:

"

    IMPORTANT! You only have 30 days to file your Response.

• The days are counted from the date you were served with your spouse’s or partner’s Petition for divorce.

• If your spouse or partner is willing to give you more than 30 days, make sure you get this in writing and have your spouse/partner sign the “extension.

"

My question is how to implement this extension? Seems there is no template or form for it.

Would below worbage is sufficient to be used as extension granting prove if Responder brings it and shows to the clerk when filing F120 at the court?

"I, F110 Petitioner xxx, agrees to give Responder xxx ### more days to file F120."

Are there any limit of how many dates to be granted?
