那年那房那经纪(九)更新

      前面说到房检师B,确实看上去很精干,手脚也很麻利。出的报告也是洋洋洒洒一长篇,我们两个买房白痴当时是挺服气的。但今天来看这个报告,却是别有一番滋味涌上心头。举例说明:

       一,地下室窗户破裂:“1 broken basement window at the right side of house. Recommend to repair broken window as needed by a qualified person. $25-50."

       二,车库地面开裂:“Large settlement crack in garage floor. Recommend to clean and patch large crack as needed by a qualified person. $25-50.

      三,厨房漏水:“Kitchen sink was leaking directly at the fitting below the sink. Recommend to repair as needed by a qualified plumber. $50-100."

     这样的估价比比皆是,我们一直租房住,对修东西的价钱以及维修的麻烦那是心里没有一点底。一切以他的估价为准。想着几十块,几块的问题能有多大?而且再仔细看报告,后来出大问题的地方都是模糊带过,甚至没有提及。所谓无知者无畏啊,如果当年有今日之觉悟,这种房子只怕是有多远就要躲多远。

         不会发图片,有人怀疑是文学创作,我从房检报告里截出这段。
