车祸更新：案件大反转。

对方承认换车道了。

但对方说发生车祸时，

已经成功换了车道，拥有路权，是我的过错。

我说发生车祸时，

已经成功右转了，拥有路权，是对方的过错。

现在双方都在找证据。
